The Museé de la Poupeé in Paris is dedicating an exhibition to the doll blonde, brunette and red the most famous in the world: Barbie.
The exhibition is dedicated to the memory of her legendary wardrobe in its first decade the legendary sixties (1959-1967).

Barbie style sixties contine in contemporary models and is a constant inspiration for the creators of our day. The Barbie reflects its time and inspired many artists from more than 50 years.
Generation after generation, this doll almost 30 centimeters, still enchants little girls, their mothers and grandmothers.

For this new exhibition, the museum’s team has launched the first decade of Barbie’s wardrobe-now legendary-which continues to be a constant inspiration for designers nowadays.

“Style” is taken from the sixties fashion professionals who create outfits related to this doll.

Barbie is always wonderful for its sophistication, inside hand-embroidered clothes, cut in accordance with the standards of Haute Couture.
Outfits designed specially for this exhibition and unveiled to the public kicking. They pay homage to contemporary designers who continue to draw their inspiration from the timeless design of the sixties.

The exhibition is open until 13 September and has exhibited all of the clothes worn by the famous Mattel doll in honor of his early life, starting with a look until you get to a Parisian glamor.
