SHIPPING COST
Magia2000 is based in Italy, so read carefully our instructions for shipping and insurance:
For Italian Customers, we can only ship with J1 or J3 with Poste Italiane.
J1 + shipping handling and box = 18 Euro
J3 + shipping handling and box = 12 Euro
For International Customers, we can ship with different services:
Standard shipping (Post Service, no insurance and no tracking number) + handling = 15 Euro
Fast service (Post Service, no insurance with tracking number) + handling = 23 Euro
For Currier services , please contact us for detailed shipping costs.
We can colect shipping costs for multiple purchase and offer special offer and discount!
COMPANY POLICY
Magia2000 does not accept returns on sale or layaway dolls
there is no return of money on delin quent layaways, all layaway down payment is forfeited and doll is put back on sales page.
Unless discussed, laaway payment must be paid monthly and it's customer's responsability to be in constant contact with Magia2000 for delay.
We do not accept returns on our dolls after 15 days from shipping.
Little differences or little mistakes on beading or painting, are tobe considered as artistic expressions of the handcrafted job, and are in no way eligible damages for returns.
For special Commission doll, we request a 1/3 down payment before we begin work, and we request to receive detailed informations as pictures and delivery deadline.
