"Barbie© Via Montenapoleone" is the souvenir doll for the 1st Italian Doll Convention held in Milan at the AC Hotel on May 2011.

Co-designed by artist duo, Magia2000 and Artist Creations, have been designed, on an original Barbie Basic #14, and limited to ONLY 100 pieces worldwide.
The dolls have been intorduced to conventioneers only at the Dinner Gala on 28th May 2011.

There are 2 different version:
- Blue Ribbon version limited to 90 pieces for general conventioneers
- Pink Ribbon version limited to only 10 pieces given to tablehostesses only.

This doll was produced and manifactured by Magia2000 and Artist Creations in collaboration, with a special approval by Mattel Inc. and was not on sale, but available only for conventioneers.
This is the very first example of a limited edition doll produced like a ooak in Italy, using Mattel approval for Barbie brand.
