We are an artisan artist duo, and we create only OOAK dolls, one of a kind, so we usually customize doll actually on the market, deleting the original painting and repainting the actual doll, creating outfits, accessories and such from our own manual work.
If not differently specified, we create only “one of a kind” doll and the dolls you see are not replicable and are not in series.
Especially for the celebrity section, we only create one piece of each and it must be considered as an artistic piece and not an official merchindising item.
We are not connected to any of the celebrity and we don’t duplicate our creations or have any big production of them.
SECONDARY MARKET ITEMS HAVE NO WARANTY OR RECOURSE.
Making A Purchase
Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order
Proceed in the usual manner if you select Paypal as your payment method.
We accept Visa and Mastercard through Paypal system too.

Order will be dispatched manually within the first 2 business day from yoru purchase.
Occasionally, we could be away for doll fairs and convention and may be forced to postponed the shipping of the item of few days. In taht case, we will conatct you immediately to ensure you about the good result of the purchase.
We offer layaway plan upto 3 months. You can split your payment into 3 parts , with an immediate 1/3 down payment, and 2 other payments in the next 2 months. We want to help you planning your collection according to your budget.
If you choose this option, you cannot proceed with regular online shopping service, but first you must contact us privately via email.
Payments will be only by credit card manual charge service and custode agree to monthly direct charge on scheduled dates.
Deposit payment of 1/3 is not refundable if the other payments are not completed within the scheduled dates. We reserve the right to sell the unpaid doll after the deadline of the agreed payment dates.
Last payment must be added with shipping costs.
Doll will be shipped only after final balance payment.
We don’t accept any returns for dolls on layaway plan or discounted dolls.
For special commissioned doll, we request a 50% down payment before we begin work on the project, and we request to receive detailed informations as pictures and delivery deadline.
Down payment is not refundable for any reasons even if the final doll wont satisfy the custode requests. NO EXCEPTIONS.
We do our best to satisfy our customers and we request several information about the dealines and the details, but final result is an artisan handcrafted creation which is not a mass produced item and we cannot guarantee to satisfy any personal taste. Our artistic skills and vision is clear through all our previously realized creations and portfolio.
For all orders made from Italy or the European Union, 22% IVA/VAT is added.
All other orders are VAT free.
Magia2000 is based in Italy, shipping costs may change according to different destinations and product’s dimension and weight, so read carefully our instructions for shipping and insurance:
For Italy – currier service, 1 day delivery, tracking number, no insurance, handling and box = 18 euro
For International Customers, we chose to ship our dolls only via currier with tracking number.
Shipping to European Countries = 35 Euro
Shipping to USA & Canada = 50 euro
Shipping to any other destination = 65 euro
Insurance must be required before payment and will be added to the shipping costs.
We can combine shipping costs for multiple purchase and offer special offer and discount!
Credit Card Security
Credit card charges are made through Paypal and therefore the process is under their secure server and not registered in our database in any ways. We don’t keep track of any sensitive data or credit card info to protect our final customers.
One of a kind and extreme editions do not carry any guarantee due to the manual handcrafted job, but we are open to discuss any possible solution to guarantee your satisfaction. All other items carry a 30 days ‘we’ll try our utmost to please your waranty.
ALL DAMAGES/BREAKAGES MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT
email all reports to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will be required to send the damaged item along with a printout of the authorising email to our atelier. On receipt the damaged item will be replaced as soon as possible.
If it wouldn’t be possible to repair or replace the damage, we are open to discuss switch with othe ravailabel item or to different commission.
Little differences or little mistakes on beading or painting, are tobe considered as artistic expressions of the handcrafted job, and are in no way eligible damages for returns.
If damages are found after the 7 day post delivery period, we cannot guarantee that we can be of any assistance.
